Cucumber Ragi Rotti

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cucumber
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1 cup ragi flour/ finger millet flour
  • 2 tbsp rava/ sooji
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin seed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Oil(while cooking)
  • 1/4 cup water( to knead dough)

Instructions:

  • 1. Grate the cucumbers.
  • 2. Mix with chopped green chili, ginger, ragi flour, rava, coconut, coriander, cumin, and salt. Add water gradually to make a soft dough.
  • 3. Heat a greased tawa (griddle).
  • 4. Spread dough onto banana leaf or parchment paper, then transfer to the tawa.
  • 5. Cook with a bit of oil until both sides are golden and crispy.
  • 6. Serve hot with butter and chutney. Enjoy!
