
Raw papaya thalipeet is a nutritious Indian flatbread made with raw papaya and rice flour, It’s seasoned with spices, herbs, and sometimes grated coconut. The mixture is shaped into small pancakes and cooked on a griddle until crisp. It’s a delicious and healthy dish often served for breakfast or as a snack in some regions of India.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice flour
- 3 tbsp grated raw papaya
- 1 chopped onion
- handful of coriander leaves (chopped)
- 10-12 curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 sp cumin seed
- 1/2 sp black sesame seed
- Punch of hing
- How water (to knead the dough)
How to make :
- Mix rice flour and grated raw papaya.
- Add onion, coriander, curry leaves, cumin, sesame seeds, hing, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water and knead into a soft dough.
- Divide into balls, flatten into discs.
- Cook on a skillet until both sides are golden. (add some oil)
- Serve hot with chutney or yogurt and butter.
